Tim Collins Broker/Owner of NextHome Vision Realty

Tim Collins brings years of experience real estate sales, broker management and residential development/construction. Tm’s focus is on assisting the agents of NextHome Vision Realty in delivering a hassle-free experience for our home buying and selling clients.

Since 2003, Tim has been directly involved in residential real estate business, as sales agent, broker, broker/owner, developer and, trainer and agent productivity coach. He has built and sold over 100 new construction homes, and personally helped hundreds of clients buy and or sell homes in Columbus Ohio, Murrells Inlets, SC and Ocala, Florida area.

He was the developer and licensed builder of 172 homesites on the TPC Golf Course in Murrells Inlet, SC. Tim is currently completing the construction, sales and marketing of 60 new homes in Knoxville, Tennessee. Tim is also a Certified County Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. (Which sure comes in handy assisting our clients in negotiating the sale or purchase of their NextHome.)

Tim spends his free time with Kathy, his wife of 38 years. They like traveling for fun and sun, as well as visiting with their children. Daughter Mallory and her family live in Richmond VA while son, Mason, lives in Crested Butte, CO. Learning to play golf remains his biggest challenge to date.
